Mechanical Engineer (Piping)

Job Description

Miatharv is looking for a dynamic Mechanical Engineer specializing in complex Piping Systems (Metallic & Non-Metallic) for critical industrial and utilities construction programs. This role requires hands-on operational depth backed by global standards of safety and QA/QC.

Key Responsibilities:

• Basic & detailed design optimization for industrial piping.
• Manage Metallic Piping Systems: Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, and Super Duplex.
• Supervise Non-Metallic systems: GRP, GRE, HDPE, and C-PVC.
• Coordinates fabrication, erection, and NDT management on site.
• Oversee Testing (Hydrotesting, Pneumatic Testing) and commissioning assistance.

Requirements:

• B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
• 5+ years of pure EPC execution experience.
• Expertise in Metallic & Non-Metallic piping systems (GRP/GRE knowledge is critical).
• Strong understanding of QA/QC and HSE standards.
• Proficient in interpretation of isometric and P&ID drawings.
