Job Overview

As a Structural Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the structural design and engineering integrity of our Metro Rail projects. You will lead a team of talented engineers to ensure landmarks are built with safety and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the structural engineering team for large-scale metro infrastructure.
• Review and approve complex structural calculations and drawings.
• Coordinate with architects and project managers to ensure design feasibility.
• Ensure all designs comply with international safety and quality standards.
• Monitor site progress and resolve structural challenges in real-time.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in infrastructure projects.
• Expertise in software like SAP2000, ETABS, or STAAD.Pro.
• Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams.
