Project Description & Scope
- Construction of multiple substations, utility buildings, and associated foundations across the facility to support core process and non-process operations.
- Reinforced concrete works exceeding 40,000 m3, covering Buildings, heavy-duty equipment foundations, structural members, and critical load-bearing elements.
- Metallic piping scope of approximately 114,000 inch-diameter for process, utility, and interconnecting lines within the station.
- External non-metallic (GRP) piping networks, including underground and above- ground utility services.
- EPC delivery of 13 cone-roof storage and water tanks, representing a dedicated package valued at approximately USD 40 million.
- Complete civil, architectural, and finishing works for all utility and support structures within the facility.
- Installation of underground utilities, including duct banks, cable trenches, manholes, chambers, and integrated utility corridors.
- Structural steel fabrication and erection for plant support structures, pipe racks, shelters, and utility buildings.
- Interface coordination and multidisciplinary integration for electrical, mechanical, and instrumentation systems.
- Development of internal roads, access routes, hardscaping, paving, and associated external infrastructure to ensure seamless site connectivity.
