Project Description & Scope
- Jumeirah Islands is a waterfront community within the heart of the desert. It is a residential development of beautiful homes set against a backdrop of lush landscaping, dynamic waterfalls, lagoons, winding canals and calm currents.
- There are four architectural themes within the development, of which our contract was to construct 160 units of "Oasis Style"-theme villas. The villas were designed in clusters of ten allowing activities and amenities at Jumeirah Islands to be integrated with trails, walkway bridges, a community club and a commercial area for everyday necessities.
- Services Provided: Construction of 160 units of luxury villas with a GFA of 85,000m2, including external landscaping, lagoon, and all M&E works.
