Project Description & Scope
- The Planet Godrej is a high-rise luxurious residential building project comprising of five tower wings of 46-storey and 2-storey of basement, forming a total saleable area of 650,000 ft2. The building is divided into 5 tower wings and features a distinctive curved design.
- The project is located in the heart of Mumbai and has ambience and landscape planned on international scale and standards. The project included the construction of the amenities such as large open areas for residents to unwind, a huge swimming pool, a separate pool for children, play area, tennis courts, squash court, basketball court, badminton court, a modern gymnasium, mediation centre and a club house. Landscaping works including rock terrain, man-made waterfalls, tree-scaped walk ways, park sit outs.
- Services Provided: Construction management of 40-storey storey condominium project including all ancillary works.
